Laura Linney
Laura Leggett Linney is an American actor, born on February 5, 1964. Linney has been awarded numerous awards, which include Four Primetime Emmy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards. Linney began her career on Broadway in 1990, and was later honored with Tony Award nominations, including for the production of The Crucible's revival in 2002, Sight Unseen's original Broadway performances (2004), Time Stands Still (2009) The Musical (2007), My Name Is Lucy Barton (2017) along with The Little Foxes' revival The Little Foxes (2017). Her initial Emmy Award in 2001 for the television movie Wild Iris. Subsequent wins came from the sitcom Frasier 2003-04 as well as the John Adams, a mini-series. John Adams 2008. From 2010 until 2013, she appeared in the Showtime series The Big C, which brought her back a fourth Emmy in 2013. Then, between 2017 and 2022, she appeared in Ozark, a Netflix crime series Ozark.
